From the Shores of Loch Carron…
After 15 years as VP at Christian Camp and Conference Association and 16 years as CEO of Citygate Network, my wife and ran off to a wee village in the Scottish Highlands. I tended the coal stove in our cozy cottage for two-plus months as I caught up on my C.S. Lewis reading — and did some writing of my own. Together we took winter walks along the bonnie loch and had plenty of scran and a blether with the locals, soaking in every bit of the Gaelic culture we could.
We’ll keep this site up for a while for you to peruse some of my musings (blog) and view the images of Highland life, plus some of the high points from ours (photos). As they say in Scotland, lang may yer lum reek.
